Sometimes referred to as “day of coordination” or “month of coordination”, this is ideal for a client who has secured most of their vendors and wishes to hire a professional to come in and tie up loose ends and handle the logistics and vendor communication in the final months leading up to the event! This package is limited in availability based on your preferred date and our peak season availability.
Where we aim to offer Northern Colorado’s event scene something that we feel was lacking: a union of professional hospitality, unique mobile bar, and a concierge-style service model that includes everything necessary to craft experiential beverage experiences in one all-inclusive service fee. Our concierge service includes the end-to-end handling of alcohol, staffing, cups, napkins, equipment, ice, and insurance.
